Dear Dave,
I have seen the letters of satisfied customers in
your shop and, frankly, I never thought I would write one...but here it
is.
In this day and age when getting even the simplest service becomes an unbelievably
aggravating experience, it really is a pleasure to deal with someone who
seems eager to please the customer. I found it extraordinary that you and
another mechanic would stay until 8:00 PM in order to Complete the work
on my Honda. When I looked at the labor charge it was, to say the least,
surprising. I'm sure that any other garage the price of the service would
have been twice as much.
This seems to be "old fashioned" business sense. Instead to trying
to gauge the customer for every red cent you can get, be courteous, honest
and really try to please him. He'll be back and so will his friends.
You'll be seeing a lot of my friends.
Sincerely,
Joe D.
Dear Dave,
Being subject to certian human frailties, I must apologize
for delaying this letter so long. When someone gets their siphon hose into
my check book , I can fire off a nasty-gram in short order. Letters of
praise seem to take longer.
For about 6 years you have been doing nearly all the work, I can't do myself, on my two imports. Nearly without exception, your work is on time, and right the first time. On the rare occasions when a problem isn't solved on the first try, you pull out all the stops and get it solved short order. I am reminded of a rainy night last year when you came to the assistance of my wife, who was stranded in the 77 Datsun Truck.
I have given up calling other shops for prices, you are either low or very competitive, even with the new "Ducci Tax" hanging over your head.
I consider out business relationship to be superb, and fully expect it to continue.
Sincerely,
Robert G.
When we bought the car you said " If you have
any problems I'll help you out." Boy do you ever mean what you say!
Thank you Dave Anker
Sincerely,
Brad & Christine
You've got a new customer for both of current cars, and for future cars as well. Although with your skill at keeping them roadworthy, it may be a long time before we retire the Chevy or the Audi
Sincerely
Charles & Joan B.
